Upon arrival at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and modern amenities of the upper-level suite. the Nespresso coffee machine in the room added a luxurious touch to my stay. Unfortunately, the old carpet in the room was a drawback, but overall I enjoyed the comfortable bed and convenient location. the caretaker, Amir, was helpful and the free parking at the back of the property was a nice bonus. the breakfast provided in a box was a simple but tasty start to the day. Being centrally located, it was easy to explore the nearby downtown area. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

our honeymoon stay at a downtown mansion in beautiful st john's was topped by cabot boutique's exceptional hospitality. the room, breakfast, and location were perfect; a true gem in the heart of a vibrant city. cons: small bathroom vanity and sink.

The breakfast was spot on for what I needed. the rooms had a nice touch! And the best part was, I didn't have to worry about washing dishes. I appreciated the extra breakfast, even though I didn't need it. the decor in the rooms was clean and comfy. Definitely, a place where you can easily grab a bite and take a walk around the neighborhood. Just a heads up, people with mobility issues may want to call a taxi.

During our vacation, the hotel's location just off downtown was ideal for easy access to Water street and downtown area. the breakfast provided varied options and the staff were friendly and attentive. the cleanliness and facilities of the room were impressive.

I felt like a royal visiting the various galleries. Free parking made me want to extend my stay past 6 pm. I loved being dwarfed by that impressive basilica. Cons: I guess having a TV from the 90s is the new trend.

Cleanliness was top-notch, and walking distance to explore nearby - including george street. caretaker's hospitality shone through; his availability was a plus. the little breakfast boxes were a delightful service touch that we appreciated during our stay at cabot boutique.
