Convenient location near shopping and easy access to indoor parking. the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were well appointed with a full-sized fridge. the addition of a kitchenette was a cost-saving feature, allowing us to avoid eating out for every meal. the staff provided prompt and friendly service at the front desk, and the checkout process was quick and easy.

The lack of soundproofing in rooms near the reception desk was a major drawback, as conversations and noise from the lobby could be easily heard. This unforeseen financial burden greatly impacted our budget and could have potentially led to us being turned away if we didn't have the spare cash on hand.

The hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the full kitchenette was a great convenience, allowing us to cook our own meals. the free laundry service was also a bonus, and we appreciated the provided laundry baskets in the rooms. the underground parking was a nice feature that added convenience and peace of mind. Checking out was a breeze with the option to do it on our phone and leave the key on our way out.

That housekeeping services were not provided unless you were staying long term. This made it a bit of a hassle when we ran out of things and needed extra items.

We were delighted by the selection of snacks and food in the cupboard, although it could have been more diverse. The spacious room, well-equipped kitchenette, and comfortable bed were all excellent. The location, just a short drive from West Edmonton Mall, was perfect. And having access to a variety of amenities like snacks, board games, and appliances was a fantastic bonus.

The coffee and tea station was open all day and had a decent selection. the beds were comfortable. We were close to shopping and restaurants.

The room felt old and outdated with stained carpets and worn furniture. the bathroom was not very clean with hair on the floor and in the shower.
