I recently stayed at a hotel in downtown Ottawa and had a fantastic experience. the location was perfect, right in the center of the financial district and close to all the main attractions. The hotel itself had great value for money, with reasonable prices and included breakfast. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that all our needs were met. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with two comfortable beds and a great view. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

I absolutely loved how close Capital Hill Hotel & Suites was to all the attractions in Ottawa! Being just a stone's throw away from Parliament, Bytown, and shopping made exploring the city so convenient. Plus, having restaurants and the train station nearby was a huge bonus. And let's not forget about the educational aspect - I learned so much about the city and its history during my stay.

That the window in my room overlooked the lunch room of a government building next door. I had to keep my drapes closed during the day, which slightly diminished the view.

The hotel is very convenient to tour downtown, with most famous places within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with many gadgets, perfect for what I was interested in doing while I was there. The staff were friendly and provided basic amenities. The prices were reasonable and offered good value for money.

The front desk promptly addressed a leaking tub. a convenient location with friendly staff.

Location, location, location! I was here for Winterlude and this hotel is so close to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, going out of their way to accommodate us. They even stored our bikes and provided us with maps. The restaurant in the hotel had a great breakfast and the light on the bedroom desk was perfect for recharging gadgets.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I found the location to be perfect for my needs. With a 5-minute walk to Parliament and a 2-minute walk to the tour bus stop, it was incredibly convenient. The room size was great and had an extra nook for keeping luggage out of the way. Plus, the restaurant next door served an excellent breakfast special daily and there was a Tim Hortons just a few doors down. the room was clean and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was close to everywhere downtown and within walking distance to attractions like Parliament Hill, Rideau Centre, and ByWard Market. The room was comfortable and the receptionist was very pleasant. The quality of the meal at lunch was excellent, and we were satisfied with the service. Additionally, the staff were kind enough to check our luggage while we were waiting to check out.

The TV placement in the room was a bit awkward, with the chairs positioned at the side.

The executive suite was comfortable and well-equipped. Convenient dining alcove for takeaway meals. Great location for walking to nearby attractions. Exceptionally helpful staff, even assisting with a flat tire!

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

During my recent Christmas stay, I was pleased to find two complementary festive treats upon arrival. the hotel's central location was a huge plus, with easy walking access to all the major attractions. the room was spacious and comfortably furnished.

The parking situation was less than ideal. the limited number of spaces made for tight manoeuvring and double parking, and leaving my car keys at the desk was not ideal.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was blown away by its value for money. Not only was the price very reasonable, but the hotel paid attention to detail in every aspect of my stay. The location was perfect, right in the center of downtown and close to the financial district. My room was spacious and included a balcony and kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable too, allowing me to get a great night's sleep before my meetings. Breakfast was included in the rate, which was a great added bonus.
