Convenient location: the motel was situated within a few miles of my friend's place, a relative's party venue, and restaurants where I had planned to meet friends for meals. It saved me from having to drive into the main city. Clean and well-maintained: the bed sheets were clean and the bathroom was well cleaned, which was a plus. Considering the price, it was a decent place to stay. - Close proximity to girlfriend's house: After an uncomfortable night at my girlfriend's place, I decided to stay at the motel, which was conveniently located just 5 minutes away. This turned out to be a welcome solution.

Lack of soundproofing: the walls in the motel were incredibly thin, leading to a lot of noise from adjacent rooms. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Perfect for visiting friends in that part of Montreal. The fridge and kitchen were very helpful for our event. Convenient location on the West Island, in a quiet area. Small pets are welcome. Charming owners on-site, very helpful. The units are clean and comfortable, with good parking. We will definitely stay there again when we return to the area.

The location of this motel was a key selling point for me. I was able to easily visit my friend, attend a party thrown by a relative, and meet up with friends for meals, all within a few miles of the motel. It made getting around the city hassle-free. the motel had plenty of on-site free parking and a nice green space, which was great since I was traveling with my pet. the secure Wi-Fi was also a bonus for staying connected.

While the motel had its positives, there were a few aspects that fell short. the bathroom in my unit was in need of renovation, with a rusted radiator, a corroded showerhead, and cracks in the tub.
