The hotel was easy to find and the staff greeted us warmly. They even offered to suggest interests and book excursions for us. the breakfast on the rooftop was outstanding, with a wonderful buffet and menu options. the view from there was simply breathtaking. the downtown area was within walking distance, making it convenient for us to explore.

The AC in the room was a small, noisy unit that didn't cool the entire room adequately, leaving us sweating at night. the service from the staff was also slow and at times rude, mocking our questions.

The view from our room was simply breathtaking, with a gorgeous panorama of the cityscape. the location of the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of excellent restaurants just a few blocks away. It made exploring the city and finding great food incredibly easy.

The small and impractical bathroom made showering a challenge, especially for taller individuals. the breakfast they offered turned out to be very disappointing, with only scones and juice provided for four people.

The value for my money was excellent at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a great little cocktail bar and an exceptional restaurant upstairs. The location was perfect, close to all amenities, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with better customer service from the staff responsible for bringing extra towels.

Our stay in this hotel was very enjoyable. Its location just off the inner harbour and in Downtown Victoria was perfect for us to reach main tourist sites in the downtown core. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfy with all the amenities we needed, including a kitchen. We also enjoyed the good breakfast and the on-site gym.

The parking situation could have been better.

We loved the convenient location, with everything we wanted to see/visit within a short walk, including the harbor, shops, and a Greek restaurant next door. The hotel was clean and had friendly staff. We appreciated the on-site pool and hot tub, and the fact that they had parking available. The hotel staff, particularly the gentleman on the floor at the time, was very helpful and attentive to our needs. They even provided us with a little pet welcoming kit, including snacks and poop bags, which was a nice touch. a great experience in this city.

We had an amazing time during our recent trip to Victoria. the room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. the location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to all the key sights in the city. the staff were helpful and accommodating, particularly when we arrived early and needed assistance with parking and luggage storage. the quality of complementary amenities was excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable, and the room lacked a bathtub. the kitchenette could have been better equipped with a larger fridge and more cooking utensils.

We had an amazing suite with a separate bedroom, a balcony with a view of the legislative buildings, and a small kitchenette. The staff was always cheerful and helpful. The hotel's location is perfect, within minutes of the Inner Harbour, Empress Hotel, and shopping. The lounge with live entertainment was a great addition. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say that I was impressed. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and it only took a few minutes to walk to all of the key attractions. Secondly, the service was top-notch, the staff were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Finally, the leisure facilities are excellent with a great spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi.

All in all, I had a great stay and I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

The downtown location was convenient for walking to nearby attractions. The rooftop breakfast buffet was excellent with a stunning view. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were the best ever. The staff, particularly the bell person and lounge waitress, were amazing and friendly. The hotel had great amenities like wifi, AC, and a kitchenette.

Felt truly spoiled, nothing was too much trouble.
