What a delightful stay I had at this hotel! the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. the room was immaculate and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. I loved that I could grab a delicious sandwich from the general store downstairs, perfect for a quick and tasty meal. the outdoor area by the river, nestled in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounded by hills, provided a serene backdrop for relaxation after a day of exploring nearby hiking trails and historic sites.

One thing that could be improved at this hotel is the storage space in the room. Most of it was occupied by bedding, which made it a bit challenging to keep things organized.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming old building that had been beautifully renovated. The warm and friendly atmosphere made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, with a picturesque view of the Credit River from the deck. The room was well-decorated and private, and the ensuite bathroom was clean and recently renovated. I also appreciated the convenience of having a general store below. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Absolutely charming suites, so well appointed and so comfortable! the room was beautiful, with a comfortable bed and plenty of room to lounge around. the ambiance was charming and the staff in the store below were friendly and helpful. Plus, having a lovely lunch counter right downstairs was a great bonus!

Soundproofing between rooms and with the store below could be improved. It would have been helpful to have more information about local restaurants, places for breakfast, and available television channels.

The parking situation was quite tricky, with the General Store attracting a lot of customers. the window air conditioner in the room was in need of cleaning, as it collected a lot of dust.

We stayed at Cheltenham Suites for one night before our flight home and were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful and comfortable room. It had a rustic and rich look that exceeded our expectations. The bed was super comfy and the shower was great. We also appreciated the convenience of having a general store right below us. The room was very private and we loved the spaciousness and hardwood floors. a great experience!

Loved the serene location and beautiful surroundings, perfect for a peaceful getaway. the deck and backyard overlooking the river were incredible. Spent hours lounging and chatting with my friend, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. the proximity to the city was a pleasant surprise, being able to escape to a quiet town in less than an hour was fantastic.

the storage space in the suite was mostly occupied by extra bedding, leaving limited room for personal belongings.

For the price we paid, the value at Cheltenham Suites was exceptional. The room was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated with vintage touches. The owner was pleasant and accommodating, allowing us an early check-in for the groomsmen. The location in the charming village near hiking trails was perfect.

The menu for breakfast could have had more options to choose from.

Skylight in the washroom made it bright, but would have been nice for more natural light in the sitting room.
