We had a fantastic stay at Chipman Hill Suites! The suite was spacious and comfortable, perfect for inviting our family and friends over. The bed was incredibly cozy, with feather duvets just like we have at home. We loved the convenience of being able to walk to nearby shops and restaurants, as well as the St. John Market. The patio was a delightful spot to relax, and having the ability to make our own meals was a bonus. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met, making our stay truly enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a charming property in Saint John that provided a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, right downtown in the hub of all the action. The suites were beautifully restored in historic buildings, giving them a unique and classic feel. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. The king-size bed was incredibly cozy, and my younger son slept comfortably on the roll-away cot they provided. The laundry facilities were excellent, and having an ironing board was a plus. The Italian restaurant across the road offered delicious takeout, and the market next door was convenient. it was an excellent visit and extremely comfortable for our family trip. I highly recommend this place!

This hotel is in historical buildings bang in the city center, making it close enough to restaurants and entertainment. It also offers ample food selection close by. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff was helpful in accommodating our change of arrival date, and the location was convenient for transportation, being close to the ferry.

We stayed at Chipman Hill Suites for a swimming competition and family visit. The location was fantastic, right next to the pool. There was an excellent Italian restaurant across the road for take out. The market was conveniently located next to us. The room had a king size bed and a roll away cot for my sons. It was clean and quiet, making for a comfortable stay. an excellent visit and perfect for our needs. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. It was perfect for us as it was within walking distance to the shopping area, restaurants, and entertainment. The hotel facilities were excellent, offering comfortable and spacious suites that allowed us to invite our family and friends over. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and we were particularly pleased with the feather duvets on the beds, ensuring a cozy and comfortable sleep. The location next to the market was a great bonus, allowing us to explore the city easily.

I gotta say, we really got our money's worth with our stay at this place. The room was super comfy and spacious, perfect for hanging out with family and friends. Plus, the location was spot on - close to the ferry and all the main attractions in town. The staff treated us like VIPs, taking care of our every need. Highly recommended!

For the price, our stay at Chipman Hill Suites - Union Street was excellent value. The room was beautifully redone, quiet, and spotless. The view of the harbor from our window was stunning, especially when the Queen Mary II was in port. The staff were friendly and helpful, with the owner recommending fantastic restaurants nearby.

The food for breakfast could have been improved.

The staff was extremely helpful and provided detailed information before our arrival. the location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance to the waterfront, restaurants, and a food hall/farmer's market. - the room was clean, well-equipped, and had a comfortable bed.

The room we stayed in was located near the front door, which resulted in some noise from other guests coming and going throughout the evening. The parking options were a bit inconvenient, with no option to park at the facility for short-term when unloading/loading luggage, and having to come back to drop off the parking pass after check-out.
