I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Parking was conveniently located right outside the door, making it easy for me to come and go. The location in the center of the city was perfect, as I was able to easily explore nearby restaurants and enjoy the local scene.

The room was clean and quiet, which made for a comfortable stay. the location of the hotel was great, as it was just off the main freeway and made it easy to travel north or south. the newly renovated bathroom was also a pleasant surprise and added to the overall appeal of the room.

There were a few small issues that could be improved upon. the room lacked any decor, making it feel a bit bare.

We stayed at a hotel that was perfectly situated on top of a hill, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with fresh linens changed daily. The staff was extremely accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We were pleased with the location, as it was close to nearby restaurants in Burlington and also within driving distance of Niagara Falls.

That the pillows provided in the room were a bit too big and hard for our liking.

Traveling for a weekend getaway, our stay at City View Inn was delightful. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. They even went above and beyond by reminding us about a remote control we left behind and delivering it to our room. The room itself was equipped with everything we needed, including a useful fridge and microwave. The breakfast selection was satisfying, and the dining area was comfortable.
