the location was ideal, placing me right downtown with convenient access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. the hotel's services were top-notch, from the room amenities to the beautiful swimming pool and jacuzzi. the staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay.

staying at Doubletree By Hilton was a pleasant surprise. the kind and helpful front desk attendant made our check-in smooth. we enjoyed an excellent evening meal and the quality of the bed linen and towels was top-notch. the pool provided a great relaxing swim, and extra tea bags were promptly provided upon request. the restaurant service during breakfast was impeccable.

The location is just awesome, right downtown, with walking distance to the river bank, restaurants, and markets. the staff are super friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist you with anything you need. the beds are comfortable, and the room was clean with a good selection for breakfast from the buffet. the outdoor swimming pool is very clean and refreshing, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

One thing that could be improved is providing more parking space as it can get crowded sometimes. ensuring that the parking spots designated for handicapped guests are respected at all times would greatly enhance the customer experience.

Wouldn’t recommend the onsite restaurant - food was decent, but service slower than a snail on a lazy Sunday. Despite the hiccups, Doubletree’s comfy beds and prime location make it a top spot in Kamloops.
