There was nothing I didn't like.

Immaculate and spacious room, newly renovated, with comfortable beds. Bathroom with exceptional features, including a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Privacy ensured with a separate roomette for the toilet. Convenient parking right in front of the unit.

I booked a jetted tub room with a king sized bed for my New Year’s Eve party for one. It was absolutely lovely. The bathroom was exceptional with a jacuzzi tub plus a separate shower, in its own roomette. There was also a large vanity and great lighting. The sleep was nothing short of amazing, thanks to the king sized bed and fluffy covers that made me feel like I was sleeping on cloud 9. The cherry on top was the delicious eggs Benny breakfast delivered to my room and the late checkout that allowed for another rainforest vacation.

Would recommend this hotel.

As someone who loves being in direct touch with nature, I absolutely loved the tropical rainforest ambiance created by the rainfall shower head and jetted tub. The king sized bed with fluffy covers made for a cozy and comfortable sleep. The room was immaculate and had big fluffy towels. The hotel's location was convenient with a Denny's across the street and a restaurant in the hotel. The washroom had a great shower and the room had A/C.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One specific situation that impressed us was when we discovered a problem with the fridge in our room. We called the front desk and explained that we had perishable food that would go to waste if not refrigerated. Without hesitation, they immediately moved us to another room with a working fridge. It was such a relief to have our food properly stored and it showed how much they care about their guests' comfort. I highly recommend this hotel.

As a group of friends, we loved the friendly and helpful desk clerks at the Coast in Penticton. The comfortable beds and the abundance of natural light from the windows were also highlights. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the SOEC where we enjoyed a hockey game. The staff treated us well and the improvements to the beds and floors were noticeable.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was more variety on the menu.

It is also conveniently located close to all downtown amenities, allowing easy access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. the hotel is just a few blocks away from the waterfront area, perfect for taking a leisurely walk along the lake. The Saturday Farmer's Market nearby is also a must-visit for fresh local produce.

Some aspects of the hotel's facilities may not meet everyone's expectations.

This hotel is located within walking distance of the downtown shopping area and has nicely refurbished rooms. the beds were comfortably firm and the bathroom was unique with a glass enclosed shower, jetted bathtub, and rain showerhead. the room had a small outdoor patio with two chairs and an indoor swimming pool.

While the room was comfy, there was a bit of noise from the street and the carpets were stained and threadbare. the couch also looked old and used, with the room having a musty smell.
