The location was perfect, being close to the bay and within walking distance of everything. The room was clean and comfortable with a mini fridge and a beautiful view of the water. The host was friendly and the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including hot ham and egg sandwiches and waffles. We also enjoyed the bonfire and chairs overlooking the marina. a great experience.

The house could use some maintenance, with a few rotting sills and dirty windows.
