After a long day of traveling, we were delighted to find that Comfort Inn offered a variety of amenities that made our stay enjoyable. The Belgian waffle station at breakfast allowed us to start our day with a delicious and satisfying meal. Additionally, the free parking right around the inn made it convenient for us to come and go as we pleased. We also appreciated having two French bistros/bars within a short walking distance, giving us options for dining and entertainment.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect for my needs. It was conveniently located near a shopping center and just a short drive to the ByWard market in Ottawa. Secondly, I was impressed with the level of service provided by the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and their English was much better than my French. Lastly, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I especially appreciated having a microwave and fridge in the room, which made it convenient for storing and heating up snacks. The hotel even provided breakfast, which was a great bonus. I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

my recent stay was delightful. comfort inn exceeded my expectations. the staff arranged an early breakfast for our run in gatineau park and the lady who set it up was absolutely wonderful.

We had an amazing experience during our romantic escape! the location was perfect, situated near all the main attractions we wanted to visit. We liked how we could park right outside our room, making it more convenient to load and unload our luggage. the continental breakfast was superb, with plenty of options to choose from, including both hard boiled and scrambled eggs! the staff was helpful, especially the dedicated breakfast room staff.

We weren't able to use the microwave, fridge, AC, TV, or wifi and had no way to charge our phones. We talked to the staff about this multiple times, and while they said we would receive a refund, the amount was very minimal compared to the inconvenience we faced.
