The location of the hotel is great, with lots of shopping options nearby at Cross Iron Mills shopping mall. It is also conveniently close to the airport but still a bit out of town, providing a quieter atmosphere. The rooms are clean and modern, with free wifi and ample parking available. The complimentary breakfast is tasty and offers a good variety of options. The staff, especially the lady in the breakfast room, are friendly and welcoming, making your stay enjoyable.

Check-in process can be slow at times, causing a bit of inconvenience.

Room was extremely cold upon arrival and took hours to warm up. Poor soundproofing, as we could hear trucks unloading next door at all hours of the night.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Comfort Inn. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The highlight of my stay was the outstanding service from Linda, who went above and beyond to make sure guests were comfortable and enjoying their breakfast. She even took the time to address other issues at the reservation desk. The hotel also had thoughtful touches, like weather notices and personalized room cards. a great experience.

Although my room was eventually warm and comfortable, it took several hours to heat up. Additionally, the check-in process was a bit slow and disorganized, which was a disappointment after a long day of traveling.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a nice wall separating our son's pullout bed from ours. The staff was friendly and the housekeepers did a great job cleaning and restocking the room daily. The location was convenient, right off the main highway and only 15 minutes from Cross Iron Mall. We also appreciated the hotel facilities, including the pool. The hotel was close to all the stores and restaurants in this city, making it easy to find somewhere to eat. Additionally, the availability of transportation options made it convenient for us to explore the area. We also enjoyed the ongoing supply of lemon water and coffee in the foyer.

We had an amazing stay at Comfort Inn! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect for us. The pool was always empty when we went swimming, which was a great bonus. The hotel provided free popcorn for the kids and lots of coffee and soup for the adults. They even let us change our reservation date without any extra charges and gave us the choice of a quieter floor. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of waffles and baked goods. one of the best Comfort Inns we've stayed at!

Elevator malfunctioned during stay.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn for a family emergency and the staff was incredibly accommodating. They allowed me to change my reservation without any hassle and kept the same rate. Upon arrival, the front desk informed me about the hockey teams staying on the lower floors and offered me a room on the higher floors. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the location was convenient with plenty of nearby dining and shopping options.

The location is great, with restaurants and a shopping center nearby. It's also easily accessible from Calgary airport. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail. I particularly enjoyed the warm options offered for breakfast.

The popcorn machine at the lobby was a nice touch and the staff at the front desk were friendly. They had complementary coffee and ice water available which was a nice touch. the location was also convenient with easy access to the major highways.
