This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was perfect, situated in a convenient area with other hotels nearby, just off the main road. Whether you wanted to explore the mall, catch a movie, or dine at Joey's Seafood Restaurant, everything was within easy reach. The staff were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to ensure all guests were taken care of. From the friendly reception to the attentive housekeeping, their attention to detail and willingness to help was truly commendable. The rooms themselves were well-appointed, with comfortable beds and basic amenities. I particularly loved the rooms with a jetted tub, which provided a relaxing experience after a long day of exploring. Finally, it was a pleasant surprise to have breakfast included in the room rate, offering a good variety of food to start the day on a positive note.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic. There really isn't anything that needs improvement.

As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient location near restaurants, a mall, and a grocery store. The view of the mountains and Thompson River was stunning. The hotel had a pool, hot tub, and water slide, which kept us entertained. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

We had a great value for our money at Prestige in Kamloops. The room was clean and spacious, and the location was super convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

My Christmas stay here was not a complete disaster, as there were a few positive aspects. the Christmas lights outside were a nice touch. the hot cocoa and candy canes offered in the lobby were a sweet and complementary treat. the location was convenient for getting to nearby attractions.

The negative aspects far outweighed the positives. the room was not well-maintained, with a broken lamp and dirty bathroom.

The breakfast at Prestige exceeded our expectations with a variety of delicious options. We particularly enjoyed the eggs and sausage as well as the tasty bagels with cream cheese. The staff was attentive and helpful, making sure to inform us of the breakfast buffet closing time. Our room was in a perfect location, close to parking and the pool. Additionally, the swimming pool and hot tub were a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. we had a fantastic experience at Prestige and would highly recommend it to others.

The play pens were provided as requested and already in the room upon arrival. Staff arranged for electric car charging and gave helpful directions. The window could be opened, even with highway noise. The pool and hot tub had a slide for kids. Close to mall, cinema, and restaurants.
