The young man at the counter went above and beyond to help me. the pool and jacuzzi were fantastic, and the bed was cozy. Unfortunately, breakfast options were limited. the sports team disrupted our sleep, but the staff were friendly. the indoor pool and jacuzzi offered a relaxing retreat, and the nearby landmarks like Parc Regional de la Riviere-du-Nord and Sentier Nature du Lac Jerome provided great family bonding opportunities. A comfortable stay with room for improvement.

Had a blast during my Easter getaway! the pool and hot tub were fantastic – the kids were in heaven. Breakfast was pretty good, even though it got a bit crowded. the room was spacious with comfy beds, just what we needed after a long day of exploring Saint-Jerome.

On the downside, some staff members weren't too friendly, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the noise from a rowdy sports team was quite disruptive, especially for my little ones.

Enjoyed the nearby park and bike paths; perfect for veterans and beginners at the club. P'tit Train du Nord worth visiting, and free office available. Grab-and-go breakfast was lifesaving during my stay.

Guests can unwind in the seasonal outdoor spa and sauna, which was a perfect way to relax after a busy day. I also appreciated the well-equipped exercise room, where I could maintain my workout routine with a variety of machines available. the gym was top-notch, allowing me to keep up with my fitness regime seamlessly.

The disruptive behavior late at night, including door slamming and loud noise, affected my family's rest.
