We had a very pleasant stay at Comfort Inn. The hotel is conveniently located near the main road and yet it was quiet and peaceful. The large parking lot made it easy for us to park our car. We were impressed by the beautiful deck just a few hundred feet away, offering breathtaking sunset views of the river. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, and we found the king room to be spacious and the bed to be very comfortable. It was evident that the room had been refurbished a few years ago. We had a choice between a view of trees or the parking lot, but either option was fine. Although we didn't have breakfast, it looked fine. we would definitely stay here again for an overnight stay.

In a lovely natural setting, this hotel is conveniently located between South Shawinigan and Shawinigan proper. The cleanliness, facilities, parking, and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. The breakfast offered delicious options and the staff was helpful and polite. I felt safe as a solo female motorcyclist.

We really got our money's worth at the Comfort Inn in Shawinigan. The room was cozy and conveniently located near the entrance and breakfast area, which was great for my husband who can't walk far. The location itself was perfect - close to downtown and restaurants, yet in a quieter area with a beautiful belvedere nearby to watch the sunset. The staff went above and beyond by not only finding and holding onto a piece of luggage we left behind, but also following up with a call to check if we had retrieved it.
