Nothing could have been better.

We had the most amazing romantic escape at this hotel. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the water, boat tours, and charming shops and restaurants. It was so convenient to explore the beautiful surroundings. the mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a couple of drawbacks. the rooms were a bit cramped and the bathrooms were on the smaller side.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located near the harbour, where we embarked on a breathtaking 2 and a half hour cruise of the Thousand Islands. The rooms were clean, and the bathroom was spotless, with plenty of hot water. The staff was friendly and provided us with extra towels upon request. The swimming pool, though with restrictions, was a refreshing amenity.

The card key was occasionally problematic, causing one of our friends to get locked out.

Excellent location, helpful staff, comfortable beds, decent room size, microwave in room, warm breakfast.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to everything in the town. It is just a few blocks away from the famous Gananoque Boat Line for visiting Thousand Islands and also close to the pier. There is an excellent Italian restaurant called Riva nearby, perfect for a delicious meal. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and there was a hot breakfast available.

The walls in the room were paper-thin, making it easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms or people in the hallway.

Amazing location for exploring the 1000 Islands! Loved the short walk to the boat cruise pier. Even though breakfast wasn't cooked to order, the selection of fruit and hot items was great. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The location couldn't have been better, right by a river and just a short walk to everything in town. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room and common areas were spotless. the pool area was clean and never crowded. Front desk and other staff were friendly & responsive. Went early for breakfast - not busy & great options. Short walk to village amenities , parks, beach, trails, boat launch and boat tours. Travelling without kids I've learned to book a business room so it's a little quieter - it was perfect.
