The front desk staff at Comfort Suites Downtown were incredibly helpful and attentive. When we encountered an issue with our room, they swiftly and efficiently moved us to a more suitable room without any hassle. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotless. The general manager, Jennifer, went above and beyond to ensure our breakfast experience was enjoyable, even accommodating dietary restrictions with a smile. It was evident that she valued her employees as well. I had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Windsor and had a great experience. The hotel was located in a nice neighborhood off Wyandotte, which had a couple of times of bars and restaurants nearby. It was also conveniently located near the waterfront, which had a great walking/running trail. The room I stayed in was recently renovated and had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel offered free breakfast, which was a nice bonus.

I did notice that the WiFi was quite slow and sometimes had trouble connecting to internet sites.

The hot breakfast was really good and had a variety of options. The person who checked us in was friendly and efficient. Another advantage was that the room was clean. One of the key location facts was that there were several things within walking distance.

The room decor could use some updating as it seemed a little dated and the furniture was in rough shape. the room had a musty smell, which could be improved by opening windows during cleaning.

The breakfast was top notch with a variety of options to choose from. Another pleasant surprise was the size of the rooms, plenty of room for activities. Location was key- close to restaurants and shopping.

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The floors and elevator door were dirty and did not improve during the week-long stay.
