loved my stay here! second time staying in the area and covered bridge inn & suites was even better than before. centrally located, a short walk to our favorite restaurant, and the room exceeded our expectations. spacious, clean, comfortable, and even had a kitchenette. highly recommend for a great stay in sussex!

Tiny bathroom needed improvement.

The hotel was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to access all the attractions and restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local dining spots. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and clean sheets. the free Wi-Fi and parking were also a plus.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better, as there were some stains on the couch and in the sheets. the noise level was also quite high, with people stomping around late into the night.

We have traveled to many places, and this motel is a gem! Our stay at Covered Bridge Inn & Suites was for 2 days, and everything was top notch. The location was convenient, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the charm of the motel was undeniable. They provided little extras like a hair dryer, K coffee maker with pods, wine glasses, and a wine bottle opener. The office had snacks, maps, and attraction pamphlets. The room itself had white fluffy towels, clean linens, a table and chair, fridge, and microwave. The motel also had a peaceful backyard with a picnic table, apple trees, and a little stream. The family running the motel was friendly and professional, even providing a toaster and iron when we requested. They even allowed our large dog without questioning - trusting us to be good pet owners. We highly recommend this motel!

The location of this motel was perfect for us, centrally located and within walking distance to our favorite restaurant. The room we stayed in had everything we needed, including a full-sized fridge, sink, microwave, and dishes. The owners were friendly and provided us with a toaster and iron when we requested them. The little extras, like the coffee maker with pods, wine glasses, and snacks in the office, made our stay even better.

The bed in our room was slightly uncomfortable for my liking.

Nothing all excellent.

The young lady working at the hotel was very nice and accommodating. The room exceeded my expectations with its modern furnishings and amenities. It had a table, desk, two wooden chairs, and two comfortable stuffed chairs. The kitchenette was a convenient addition. The TV was larger than what you usually find in a hotel room. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was one of the lowest priced rooms on my trip but still one of the nicest.

Liked everything.

We loved the picnic bench area by the water, the cozy Muskoka chairs in front of our room, and the complimentary bottles of water. The kitchenette was a great addition, offering ample storage space for an extended stay.

We felt welcome from the moment we arrived and had no complaints whatsoever.
