We stayed for 5 nights in a sea view room and loved the spaciousness and window seat. The renovated bathroom was compact but modern. The central location provided great views of the water, including a stunning fireworks display. The restaurant had a variety of delicious options, with plenty of vegetarian choices. The staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel offered a fantastic guest laundry facility.

during our summer holidays in prince rupert, crest hotel exceeded our expectations. the beautiful room with river views and the fantastic bay window were a highlight. the location was perfect, close to attractions and restaurants, and the staff were so helpful and efficient.

I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful amenities provided at the hotel. When it unexpectedly rained during my stay, I was relieved to find an umbrella in the closet, saving me from getting soaked. Not only that, but the hotel also provided two housecoats, an iron and ironing board, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room itself was lovely, with a comfortable reading chair and a desk equipped with device plug-ins. The free and fast WiFi in the room was a great bonus. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated having a coffee maker and fridge in the room. The location was convenient, with a grocery store and liquor store down the block. The on-site dining room and pub offered excellent food, especially their local fish entrees. In the morning, there was even a Starbucks on site for a quick caffeine boost before exploring the town. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

As backpackers, we were impressed with the spectacular view of Prince Rupert Harbour from our sea view room. The binoculars provided allowed us to spot eagles all around. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of everything the city has to offer.

The proximity to the waterfront trail and Cow Bay made it the best spot in town. The staff here were incredibly welcoming and helpful, assisting us with a late departure and ensuring our stay was perfect. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed from ironing facilities to a hairdryer and free toiletries. The restaurant served delicious food and we enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners there. The terrace provided a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were an added bonus, offering some much-needed relaxation after a day of exploring.

Although the bathroom was small, it had recently been renovated and was clean and functional. The shower setup was a bit complicated, but it still did the job.

We spent a weekend in this hotel. the view from the terrace was spectacular and the food in the restaurant was exceptional. the breakfast was complimentary and the staff were very helpful.

It took forever for the staff to bring our food, and the room was never cleaned properly. it was below average for the price we paid.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on the waterfront with a beautiful view of the ocean. It was also central to restaurants, and we had a great experience at Dolly's. The room was clean and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly. Additionally, the hotel had a gym with all the necessary equipment for a good workout.
