The staff at Delta were so accommodating during our stay. When we mentioned our dissatisfaction with the room, they upgraded us to a suite and even paid for our parking. The level of service was exceptional and made our stay much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Delta in their newly renovated queen premiere suite. The room was beautifully designed and the staff went above and beyond, showering us with a fruit/cheese plate to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Special shoutout to Jaycee and the ladies for their awesome service.

The friendly staff goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. And don't forget to start your day off right with the delicious breakfast included. It's the perfect way to fuel up for a day of adventure.

The only drawback is that there is no microwave in the room, which can be inconvenient if you need to heat up food.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location inside the City Center Mall was so convenient and made it easy to meet all our needs. The staff was top-notch, from the friendly and professional service at the front desk to the helpfulness of the on-duty manager who greeted us at the Reception Desk. The room amenities were excellent, from the comfortable sitting area to the in-room air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. We also appreciated the variety of dining options, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area available. The hotel had great leisure facilities as well, including a fitness studio and a game room with billiard tables. we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to families.

During our stay at Delta, my husband and I celebrated our 8th year together and 3rd wedding anniversary. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make it a truly unforgettable experience. They upgraded our room and surprised us with strawberries dipped in chocolate and a special card signed by the team. We felt incredibly special and cherished. We will definitely be staying at Delta every time we visit Edmonton. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and attention to detail.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was excellent as we had some time to spare to do some shopping, and there were so many stores nearby. We also loved that this place was inside a mall, so we could easily go for dinner, watch a movie, and hang out without stepping foot outside. This hotel could really use an upgrade, especially the hot tub. The jets barely worked, which was a bit disappointing.

The staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. it was a positive stay with convenient facilities and a great location.

I did notice that the hotel could benefit from some updates, as there were a few outdated aspects of the room.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the spacious and quiet room. the location was perfect for our needs, as it was close to key city attractions, which made it convenient for us to explore the city. the hotel facilitated a pleasant experience by offering free Wi-Fi.

Our stay was not entirely comfortable. the A/C in our room stopped working, and when we reached out to the front desk, they did not offer a practical solution.
