I stayed at Doubletree By Hilton for one night while accompanying my mom for pre-operative testing at Toronto General Hospital. The location was perfect, just a short distance from Nathan Phillips Square and downtown Toronto. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing me a late check-out due to my evening flight. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently situated near St. Patrick's subway station, making it easy to explore the city and attend meetings.

The room was nicely furnished and arranged, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. the friendly staff made me feel welcomed and the convenient location made it easy to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the real glass provided for water and drinks added a touch of luxury to the experience.

There were a couple of issues during my stay. the TV in the room didn't work, despite efforts to fix it.

I chose this hotel for attending a trade show because it provides carefully considered amenities and services, including two ballrooms and 19 meeting rooms, a 24-hour front desk and concierge, award-winning restaurants, and parking facilities. Its location in the heart of downtown Toronto made it convenient for business in the city's hub.

The one service that I missed for my work was more responsive communication via email and phone from the hotel staff.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights to watch the Rogers Cup. As a Hilton Honors member, I was given a complimentary King Room on a special floor. The staff was always helpful, making me feel safe as a solo traveler. The room was clean, spacious, and had plenty of storage space. The AC worked well, keeping me cool during the hot weather. The hotel had amenities like a restaurant, business center, and gym. I had a wonderful stay here!

The staff in the restaurant provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The manager even arranged for a kettle and tea cup in our room. The ability to do our own laundry was a convenient feature, especially for longer stays or families.

Our family had an unforgettable weekend getaway in the heart of the city. The hotel's location was perfect and allowed us easy access to must-see attractions such as the CN Tower, Aquarium, and Harbour Tours. We were just a short stroll away from Scotiabank Arena, where we caught an exciting ballgame. Union Station was conveniently nearby, making our travel plans a breeze.

The occasional noise from ongoing construction nearby, but it did not significantly impact our overall experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were polite and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The location was perfect, being only a short walk away from Eaton Centre and surrounded by Asian restaurants, bubble tea shops, and convenience stores. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view from the 10th floor. I also appreciated the coffee machine and coffee provided in the room. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I enjoyed two complementary facts offered by the hotel, which added to an already great experience. the hotel's location was amazing, just a short walk away from various attractions and restaurants. the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to drift off a restful night's sleep.

I was disturbed by construction noises that started at the crack of dawn and were quite unpleasant. I would suggest the hotel finding a way to minimize the sound or inform guests beforehand.

This hotel offers great value for money. Located in the center of downtown Toronto, it is within walking distance to most attractions, including Yonge-Dundas Square. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with the added bonus of a kitchen and a sofa bed. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the views of the CN Tower from some of the rooms are fantastic.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.
