Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the room service was top, notch, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. the restaurant had a great menu with delicious food, and the bar/lounge area was a cozy spot to unwind. the location on the lake was simply stunning, offering breathtaking views and a perfect setting for a private retreat. the spa and wellness center had a relaxing atmosphere, and the massage services were incredibly rejuvenating. a fantastic experience with comfortable rooms and beautiful surroundings.

One small improvement could be providing more information upon check, in, like details about amenities and services available at the hotel. This would ensure guests are well, informed and can fully enjoy their stay without any unexpected surprises.

The double room I stayed in had a cozy seating area and a private balcony overlooking the lake. the soundproofing was a plus, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep after a long day of exploring.

Ski-to-door access! Enjoyed the sauna and terrace. Ate at the restaurant and had a good laugh at the cozy bar. Relaxing indoor pool and hot tub made my stay fabulous!

The tap water made me feel like I was in a slimy soap commercial.

While Hotel Et Centre De Villegiature Lac Carling in Grenville, Sur, La, Rouge did have some issues with fees and dated facilities, the serene lakefront location made for a peaceful retreat.

the hidden resort fees and inconsistent pricing for meals left us feeling ripped off. The spa services were enjoyable, but the outdated facilities and unhelpful staff tarnished our experience. We won't be returning.
