I got great value for my money at this inn. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The location offered stunning views of the bay and the staff treated us like VIPs.

During our recent stay at Edge Of The Avalon Inn, we were blown away by the stunning outdoor garden and social area in the back. It felt like a hidden oasis and was unlike anything we had seen during our entire trip. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with an elegant and artistic interior that reminded us of the galleries in Quebec. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay special. They were incredibly kind and helpful to our family, especially to our children. We felt like we were staying with old friends, thanks to the warm welcome from both the staff and locals. One staff member, Colleen, was particularly amazing with our kids, making them feel heard and loved. Her genuine warmth embodied the hospitality of Newfoundland. our stay at Edge Of The Avalon Inn was a highlight of our trip.

We loved the welcoming porch light and homemade fresh bread at the Edge of Avalon Inn. The WiFi was great and the heating was cozy. Carol Ann, the manager, was warm and friendly, always checking in and making us feel welcome. The restaurant staff was sweet and the meals were delicious. a quiet and quaint place with all the comforts of home and reasonably priced.

The onsite restaurant offers interestingly local meals at a reasonable price and boasts a great view over the town and sea, with the added bonus of great folk music streaming from the loudspeakers.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at an inn in a small town. The view from the dining room was terrific, and the room was clean and spacious. The location was also convenient for visiting the lighthouse and Mistaken Point fossil display. Although there were some small inconveniences, overall I had a great experience and would recommend this inn.

Had a great Christmas stay at this cozy inn! the location was perfect, close to Mistaken Point Ecological Reserve and with stunning views of the water. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, especially the fish cakes. Despite a small temperature issue, the manager was quick to address it and provided excellent service. We would definitely consider staying here again for our next visit!

There was also a boil water advisory during our visit, and although the inn provided bottled water, there was no staff available before 8 am for additional needs. the room itself was clean but in need of some updates, and the lack of hot water in the sink tap was inconvenient.
