The value for the money was great, with a spacious and well-furnished room and a comfier-than-ever bed. The location was excellent, close to walking trails and with full access to the townsite. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, accommodating all our needs and even welcoming our pets with open arms. The lodge itself was clean, nicely decorated, and had a cozy fireplace for added comfort.

As for breakfast offerings, it would have been nice to have more variety in terms of coffee options. Only decaf was served in the rooms, and we had to ask for regular coffee.

At Elkwater Lodge, the loft bed and sofa bed provided ample space for our family. The air conditioner and heater were efficient, ensuring our comfort day and night.
