our Christmas stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. the location was excellent, with easy access to downtown attractions and a beautiful park nearby. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered a kitchen and living room space, which made our stay feel more like home. the internal laundry facilities and good WiFi were also a plus.

There were a few aspects that we didn't enjoy. the bed and pillows were not very comfortable, and we had to request a change of mattress due to it being too soft and worn out.

The suite itself was perfect for an extended stay, with a full kitchen, ensuite washer/dryer, and a comfortable living room area. The staff, especially Cathy at reception, were incredibly kind and accommodating, even allowing us to check-in early and offering us a parking spot after check-out. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a nice and quiet area near beautiful parks and the river. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and a dining table. The free Wi-Fi in the room was a great added bonus.

Great amenities and personalised services for business travellers. Gym and in-suite comforts were a plus. Quick check-in and easy access to taxis. the location was ideal, with ample restaurants and bars within a short walk. the train and Uber services were efficient and inexpensive. the apartments were modern, clean, and quiet, with fantastic views from the balcony. the laundry room in the lobby was incredibly useful during a more extended stay.

The bedroom was uncomfortably warm with an underpowered air conditioning unit that made sleeping difficult. the window wasn't openable, which made the situation worse.
