We had a very comfortable bed and the bathroom was spacious with a huge shower. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in downtown. The staff was friendly and efficient. We loved the beautiful and private garden area out back.

There were some maintenance issues in the room, like loose tap handles and a missing shower door seal. Additionally, there was some noise from other guests and an unpleasant smell from smoking in the vicinity.

My Xmas stay at this boutique hotel was exceptional. The historical buildings were beautifully renovated, and the room was well-maintained with a lovely modern touch. The key location allowed me to walk to the main attractions in the city without the need for transportation. the off-street parking was a great addition, and I did not have to worry about parking on the road. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from, and the staff was welcoming and hospitable.

There were some minor issues, and the room could have been cleaned better, and there was no hot water for a short period. However, the hotel staff quickly resolved the situation, which left me satisfied.
