I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating and the rooms were beautiful, with original character and charm. The hotel is conveniently located in a great location, with plenty of places to sit and have a drink nearby, including the national historic site where LM Montgomery drew inspiration for Anne of Green Gables and other works. The breakfast was delicious and made to order, with plenty of choices to please anyone. The staff members were fantastic and always helpful in suggesting things to do and see in the city. The hotel itself and the grounds were lovely, adding to the overall experience.

fairholm boutique inns in charlottetown is a hidden gem! the beautiful victorian house and warm staff make it a perfect budget stay. the king-sized bed in the syndey suite was like sleeping on a cloud. central location and amazing breakfast too. highly recommended!

Ac unit was underpowered.

The location of this inn is perfect for party people looking to be in the centre of things yet close to the beaches. You'll be just a short walk away from bars and restaurants, and the beautiful beaches are easily accessible on the island. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with big beautiful beds and luxurious linens. The breakfast served in a common area across the hall is excellent, with a variety of choices and delicious daily specials.

The check-in and check-out process at this establishment seems a bit disorganized. Many guests have mentioned having to wait outside and make phone calls to get staff assistance, which can be inconvenient.

The shower in the room had poor water pressure and the basin was cracked.

The room was quite stuffy and warm, with no air conditioning or thermostat to regulate the temperature. The historic nature of the property meant that there were stairs to climb, which may be an inconvenience for those with mobility issues.

As women traveling alone, we loved the friendly and helpful staff, beautiful garden, and fantastic location near restaurants and shops. The suite was modern and spacious, with a cozy fireplace and comfortable bed. The breakfasts were delicious and the availability of tea and coffee was convenient.

The room was not clean with some hairs in the bed and the bathroom could have used a more thorough cleaning. the air conditioning seemed to not be working properly and the room was hot and stuffy.

The carriage house is modern and updated, perfect for disabled guests. Beautiful grounds and a central location. Delicious breakfast included.

A Dreamy Stay at Fairholm

I wanted to take the carriage house home with me! Fairholm's carriage house had everything I needed - a modern feel, a fully equipped kitchen, and even smart TVs for Netflix binges. The Tess suite was love at first sight with its beautiful decor, heated floors, and a luxurious rain shower. The little sitting area outside with Adirondack chairs was a sweet bonus. The location was perfect, with restaurants nearby and downtown Charlottetown within walking distance. a wonderful experience that I would love to have again. Thanks to Ben and Sam at Fairholm for their warm welcome!

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and attended to. the beautiful fireplace in our room added to the luxurious ambiance, along with the spacious and impeccable accommodations. We were provided with exclusive amenities that surpassed our expectations. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and the outdoor dining area was lovely.
