My room had a gorgeous view and a comfortable bed. The patio restaurant was a standout, with its stunning flowers, sunset views, and European vibe. The staff was helpful and the health club was excellent. I also appreciated the option of a private car for short trips. The hotel's location in the city center was convenient, with easy access to transportation and a nearby mall.

The heritage hotel offers beautiful river valley views. Gracious front desk staff upgraded us to a signature room on the 6th floor. The room was nice and relatively large. The restaurant has a nice view and the staff were lovely. The beds, pillows, and duvet were comfortable.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely wonderful! They greeted us warmly and even took the time to congratulate us on our special occasion. The room was comfortable and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to find champagne and sweets waiting for us. The hotel also had a delicious breakfast, with the sausages being a particular recommendation. We also loved the fact that the hotel was located close to a furnicular and the bus/train station.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We were also impressed with the convenient parking options available. The hotel's location in the downtown core was perfect, right next to an LTR station and close to bus stops. We were also thrilled to find that Commercial Place mall was within walking distance. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially during the brunch where they accommodated our allergies and ensured that our family could be together throughout the weekend.

I recently stayed at Fairmont in Edmonton for a family vacation. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were spacious. They were very accommodating to my children, providing a crib and a welcome bag of toys upon check-in. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The view was great and the service was excellent. The in-room breakfast was delicious and more affordable than the buffet. The valet staff were kind and efficient, and the replacement room I was given was fantastic.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom that had plenty of towels, robes, and slippers. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to cater to guests' needs. The breakfast buffet was tasty and plentiful, and the lounge was a great place to relax and meet friends. There were also facilities such as a pool, hot tub, steam room, and gym for guests to enjoy.
