The staff was helpful, friendly, and provided chocolate covered strawberries upon arrival. The room was clean, with a super comfy bed and a stunning harbor view. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays and the location couldn't have been better. Amenities such as bath robes, a coffee machine, and a pool/jacuzzi added to the enjoyable stay.

We had an exceptional stay at a hotel in a great location. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room was spacious and provided a beautiful view. The hotel even took care of our luggage for us, making our cruise transfer seamless. I highly recommend this hotel for an amazing experience.

Amazing views of the sunrise over the mountains from my signature harbour view room. The staff were welcoming and understanding even though I arrived at 3am after a long train journey. The hotel's location allowed for easy access to the harbor front and train station. The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed the calm atmosphere of the restaurant.

The outer bedroom windows could have been cleaner, making it difficult to take clear photos of the stunning views. The internet speed was quite slow, making it challenging to do anything beyond basic email.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable - right across from the cruise port. We also loved the complimentary bike rental to explore the city. Room service was prompt and food was delicious. a memorable stay.

The Gold Rooms at this hotel were superb, offering large rooms with stunning harbor views. The service from the staff, including the bellman, ARC, Gold lounge hosts, and front and concierge team. We were particularly impressed with Frank at the bar, who not only provided great service but also looked like a dead ringer for George Clooney! The location is fantastic, with close proximity to Gastown, Canada Place, Coal Harbour. Also, the hotel is surrounded by many great restaurants, shopping malls, and downtown attractions. Additionally, being able to walk on the beautiful Vancouver seawall, starting from Coal Harbour and stretching for over 22 km around Stanley Park to Kitsilano Beach, was a highlight of our stay.

We felt very lucky, with no complaints about our experience at the hotel.

I recently stayed at the Fairmont Waterfront for a few nights with my family. The location was perfect, with a beautiful waterfront, great restaurants, and even a cruise terminal nearby. The staff, especially the concierge desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even offered complimentary luggage transfer to our cruise ship! The beds were extremely comfortable, and I loved the infused water they had in the lobby. a fantastic stay.
