I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel on the outskirts of town and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect - it was close to many restaurants and just a short distance from the downtown area. The staff, from check-in to check-out, were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. The room itself was well-appointed and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed having the option to make tea and coffee in the room. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, and I appreciated being able to stay connected during my stay. I had a great experience at this hotel.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was close to everything we came for in the area. It was also situated in a quiet area of the city, which made for a peaceful stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with good counter space in the bathrooms. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly, providing excellent service during our stay.

The noise from other guests, particularly sport teams, was a bit disruptive at times.

The value for money was great, with clean and well-equipped rooms. The location was peaceful with a lovely view, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Food for breakfast could have had more variety.

The room was spacious and clean and we enjoyed the comfortable beds. the hotel's strategic location, close to the highway, Tim Hortons, and a grocery store, was very convenient. We particularly appreciated the microwave in the room, which was helpful.

The walls were thin, and we could hear everything happening in the halls throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep. the pool was in need of some maintenance, which detracted from the overall experience.

We had a great weekend at this hotel! the reception staff was excellent and very helpful. They even fixed a small issue with our room key right away. the location of the hotel was perfect, with a Lowes and grocery store right across the street. It was convenient for any last minute needs. We also loved the pool and hot tub, especially since we had it all to ourselves. It was so relaxing and the hot tub was nice and hot.

There were a couple of things we didn't like. First, the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to our expectations.

Four Points By Sheraton is easy to find and located in a great area for mall shopping. The hotel offers a very nice breakfast, excellent beds, newspapers, and an indoor pool. It is not overpriced.
