Our stay at Four Points was overall quite enjoyable. The breakfast served at Avenue 16 restaurant was delicious, offering a great start to the day. The hotel room had a lovely little balcony and a convenient separate entrance room. The pool was a highlight, especially for the kids in our family who loved the slide.

The complimentary breakfast and hot chocolate station were a nice touch during my Christmas stay. the hotel's location near the highway made it easy to get around. the spacious room with a balcony overlooking the city was a definite plus.

The room was not well-maintained and the sheets smelled like smoke. the outdated decor and uncomfortable beds were also disappointing.
