After a long day of exploring Cambridge, we were relieved to find a nice, clean, well-maintained hotel in Four Points. The rooms were immaculate and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location, just off the 401, was convenient for us and there were several restaurants nearby. despite a minor issue with early morning housekeeping, we had a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed the flakey croissants at the hotel. The staff, including the servers, kitchen staff, chef, maids. The young maintenance guy was also friendly and quick to address our needs. The location of the hotel was convenient and quiet, with easy access to restaurants and stores in the area. The lobby coffee service was a plus, especially since there were no coffee makers in the room. The breakfast options at the restaurant were great, with a choice between continental or full buffet.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Four Points in Cambridge. The location was perfect for watching the Canada Day parade and fireworks. We had a room on the 6th floor with two queen beds, which offered a great view of the fireworks display. The hotel is also central to all activities in the Cambridge area, offering easy access to Kitchener airport.

I recently stayed at Four Points in Cambridge for a quick overnight stop during a road trip. The hotel is conveniently located just off the highway, making it easy to find and access. The room I stayed was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy place to rest. Additionally, I had a positive interaction with a young man at the front desk who had excellent customer service skills and was extremely friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember his name to personally thank him!

What a great experience! the hotel was in a prime location, near all the attractions and restaurants. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the croissants and coffee were excellent and made us feel like we were in a cozy bed and breakfast. the pool was also fabulous and the perfect way to unwind after spending the day exploring the city.

The only negative aspect of our stay was the check-in process, our room was not ready when we arrived, and we had to wait for an extended time before we could check in. the front desk staff attempted to handle all guests' concerns as quickly as possible, but I feel it would have been helpful to have a more accurate estimated time of when rooms would become available.
