We had a fantastic stay, with a comfortable room, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast options. The hotel's location was perfect, close to all the activities we wanted to attend. It was also in a good area if you have a car, with plenty of parking available. The room had a great view and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the amenities, such as the outdoor pool and the ability to easily communicate with the reception through our phones.

The water in the indoor pool was a bit cold.

Great value for money. Really enjoyed the Kurig coffee maker in our ground floor room. Decor was nice and attention to detail was evident throughout. The hotel's location just outside the busy area was perfect for us.

The price, service, and food at the restaurant are excellent. There are plenty of activities for families, such as a games room and pool/sauna area.

The hotel's recreational offerings included a leisure spa and wellness centre, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, and a beautiful garden area with sun loungers.

The staff at the reception desk and restaurant could use some additional customer service training, as they were not always friendly or welcoming in their interactions. However, overall, I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends for the outstanding location and first-class service provided by the dedicated staff.

Close to dad's, restaurant on-site. Condo had everything, saved money with kitchen. Good for Blue Mountain, wasaga, bluemountain trips. Stores, restaurants nearby. Nice room, pool, mini golf.

Additionally, the parking was ample, and transportation to other attractions like the base of the mountain was easily accessible. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist me with any questions or requests. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
