The Gibralter Rock Ocean View B&B had amazing ocean views and a spacious room with floor heating. The large deck was perfect for enjoying morning coffee. We loved the fantastic view and the great facilities provided. The owners were kind and even prepared a delicious breakfast for us upon last-minute request. The attention to small details, like providing a toothbrush and other amenities, was appreciated. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

On our next visit in the area, we found a hidden gem perched on a hill overlooking the ocean. The location was perfect, not far from the ferry, in a peaceful residential area. The room was clean and spacious, with a big, well-appointed bathroom. We received friendly and helpful service from the hosts, who provided us with a kettle for our caffeine addiction and even a toaster. The view from the upper floor queen room was absolutely lovely, allowing us to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery.

The kitchen noise was somewhat disruptive, as it was located next to our room.

The value for money at Gibralter Rock Ocean View B&B was excellent. The room was stunning, with an amazing view of the water. The location was perfect, especially if you're taking the Departure Bay ferry. The staff, especially Charles, were very accommodating and friendly.

The only improvement that could be made to the breakfast menu would be to offer more cooking utensils in the suite's kitchen.

I stayed at the Gibralter Rock Ocean View B&B for a few nights during a bike trip from Campbell River. The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking Nanaimo Bay and even offering glimpses of Vancouver. The heated floors and two bedrooms added a touch of luxury to my stay. Although the breakfast options could be improved and a freezer in the fridge would have been convenient, overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the B&B.
