we loved our recent stay at Glenerin Inn, the location was great, and the building had lots of character. the staff were so helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs from extra amenities to quick check-in and check-out. dinner at the venue was perfect, with delicious food. the room was cozy and the bed incredibly comfortable, not to mention the plush robes!

Loved the charm of the building and the location was spot on for the wedding we attended , perfect vibe! the bed was like a cloud, seriously, and those plush robes were a game, changer; felt super fancy. They had creamer in the fridge, very thoughtful touch. the spa lounge was so chill and I indulged in a blissful back massage , total relaxation! 🌟.

The decorations in the common areas were simply lovely, with delicate floral touches and cozy seating areas. It made me feel like I was in a charming country home. The hotel's layout was easy to navigate, with wide hallways and comfortable seating spread throughout for us seniors to rest between walks around the peaceful grounds. A little help with opening doors and carrying luggage would truly make a difference.

Stayed at the Glenerin Inn with my 8-year-old dog. the blend of nicely decorated rooms and excellent spa made our stay relaxing. the comfortable bed and friendly staff were highlights, but communication issues were a downside. the spa and wellness center were a great way to unwind, while nearby landmarks like Erindale Park offered enjoyable family bonding opportunities.

Situated by UTM campus, offering a charming and tranquil ambiance for a leisurely stroll. Appreciated the thoughtful amenities like creamer and plush robes in the room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel recently! the rooms were well-appointed and the beds were super comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the location was convenient, making it easy to explore the urban area. the staff, especially Mike the Food and Beverage Manager, were incredibly helpful and made sure everything was organized and timely. the restaurant served delicious food, and the service was top-notch. I also appreciated the lovely room quality and the tasty dinner available.

It would be great if they could be more prompt in their communication. housekeeping could work on announcing themselves before entering rooms to ensure guests' privacy and comfort.

Omg🌟 the king size bed in the room was incredible. Also loved the riverview 😍 and spa services. Only downside was the limited breakfast options. 🙁.
