Staff professional and accommodating, quiet and stylish room, adjustable "white noise" machine, convenient location.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was a great experience. The hotel is new and clean, making it a comfortable stay. The staff was very good and service-minded, always there to assist. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a good selection of TV channels. Additionally, I was impressed by the attention to detail as the rooms featured an adjustable "white noise" machine, allowing me to drown out any noise from the nearby highway without being disruptive.

While the breakfast was a bit meager, as expected in this type of hotel, the coffee at breakfast was truly undrinkable. Improvement in the coffee quality would greatly enhance the overall dining experience.

The rooms at this hotel are absolutely impressive. I was blown away by the modern and new decor, and it felt like staying in a high-end hotel. The attention to detail, such as the lovely sheets and spacious glass shower, added a touch of luxury to my stay. The location right beside a major highway was convenient for getting around, and the staff on the top floor were incredibly attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect. Plus, the breakfast with the added bacon was a delicious start to my day.

All was great, no improvements needed.

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, making it a quick trip to downtown Ottawa. The rooms are beautifully decorated with modern features such as ambient lighting by the beds and a sliding door in the bathroom. The bathroom itself is impressive, especially the nice shower. The hotel is also very clean and well-maintained, with no extra charges for parking and inclusive fees. The bedding and duvet in the room are very comfortable and of high quality.

Some guests may experience noise issues, especially if their room faces the highway.

The decor is contemporary and interesting. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The rainfall shower is refreshing. Complementary body wash/shampoo/conditioner provided.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the value for money was exceptional - I couldn't believe the prices for such comfortable and well-appointed rooms. Secondly, the attention to detail was fantastic, from the spacious and tastefully decorated rooms to the really big shower on the top floor that even had a bathtub. Lastly, the breakfast was a real treat, with a good selection to choose from and the added bonus of bacon.

Nothing to complain about - everything was just perfect.

Had a great new year at this hotel. Loved the friendly staff who made me feel welcomed. the breakfast was impressive, especially the waffle station and the yogurt parfait. the big walk-in shower was a treat with nice toiletries. the room had lots of plug-ins for my devices and a comfy bed. I enjoyed the modern look and bright colors of the hotel.

The business center computers were outdated and slow. My room faced the highway, so it was a bit noisy at night.

Breakfast was impressive - loved the yogurt parfait and waffle station. the staff was kind enough to keep it open a bit later for me. the room was very nice and I appreciate having no carpeting. the hotel has excellent parking facilities, a large room, and a good selection of TV channels.

The hotel had a fantastic style and all the amenities were very stylish and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfy, which made for a great night's sleep. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was superb, and we particularly appreciated the organic and paraben-free shower products provided. Additionally, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. we highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, style, and comfort.
