Friendly and professional staff. Free shuttle service available. Roof top deck with hot tubs for a relaxing time. Excellent facilities and amenities.

I recently stayed at The Grand for a few days and I loved it! The location was perfect, with a free downtown shuttle that made exploring so easy. The rooftop hot tub had breathtaking views of the city, and the spacious rooms were beautifully decorated. I was pleasantly surprised by the huge saltwater pool and the delicious complimentary breakfast with options like eggs, bacon, and Illy coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. I will definitely recommend The Grand to others.

The hotel is conveniently located in a lively area with many attractions nearby. It’s easy to walk to downtown for shopping and entertainment, and not too far from the concert venue. The room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The kitchen appliances are clean and useful, and the internet connection is good. Breakfast is complimentary and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The rooftop hot tubs provide a great view of the city, and the business center has many facilities available for free.

The shower and bathroom could use an update, and the lighting is a bit dim in some areas.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxury hotel in Toronto and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and were always on hand to offer helpful assistance. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations in terms of the quality of the room and the delicious food and beverages served. We were especially impressed with the excellent shuttle bus service that was provided to take us to the nearby harbor, making our sightseeing adventures so much more convenient. Additionally, the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage and even helped us in securing taxis whenever needed.

The rooftop views were amazing, providing a beautiful backdrop for enjoying a relaxing drink. The indoor pool was also a highlight, offering a refreshing swim after a long day of exploring the city. And let's not forget about the convenient breakfast buffet, making it easy to start the day with a delicious meal.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk from many attractions and in a very good area. The staff provided excellent customer service from the bell boy to the restaurant manager. In addition, the room amenities were top-notch with an in-room safe, kitchen, and flat-screen TV. I loved the fact that there was a leisure indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. Lastly, the free shuttle service was a great perk that made everything more convenient.

The spacious rooms have fantastic views with comfortable beds. The rooftop deck provides a great addition with two hot tubs and there is a large pool. The staff are both friendly and helpful, whilst the breakfast buffet is delicious. The location is great, close to various eateries and shopping centres, with several attractions within walking distance.

The suite was lovely, and the front desk staff, especially Alan, were friendly and helpful. Meeting other guests who love the hotel and the rooftop hot tub were highlights. The rooms were clean and spacious, with beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Looking forward to staying again!

Many breakfast options and rooftop terrace. Hockey games played at night. Early check-in request not accommodated but room upgraded. Hotel very clean. Nespresso machine, water bottles, slipper and robes provided. Pleasant staff, helpful reception desk and bar. Prompt response to safe settings. Calm and quiet atmosphere. Comfortable bar for evening relaxation. Buffet out of this world. Well-kept rooms with separate visiting area.
