Our stay at Greenside Motel was a convenient choice for visiting my grandmother in town. The king-size bed was comfortable and the proximity to the main shopping area made it easy to walk or ride my bike. The owners are working hard to update the facilities, ensuring fresh and clean bedding and towels. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and efforts to improve.

our weekend trip to st. andrews by the sea was lovely, but our stay at greenside motel was even better. the beautiful views and quiet atmosphere made for a peaceful night's sleep. the comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, and friendly host, mike, were the perfect combination for a great stay.

I had a very nice stay at a reasonable price. The room was modern, stylish, and clean. The wifi worked really well, and the bed was very comfortable. Having a hairdryer in the room was a bonus. There was just enough room for me and my partner, as well as our two dogs. The motel operators were outstanding and were able to help with anything we asked about. They even offered to show us other rooms at no extra charge when we felt the original room was too small. The bathroom was spotless with lots of towels and a tub/shower combination. We were provided with a kettle and a toaster oven to use, which was great since we had food with us but no way to cook it. We also took advantage of using one of the BBQs on the property. Tim Hortons was conveniently located nearby. I highly recommend this motel as it exceeded my expectations.

For the price we paid, it would have been nice to have breakfast included. Also, the room didn't have a coffee maker, and the bathroom shower curtain could be replaced.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay.

I was impressed with the helpfulness of the young couple who run the place. They went out of their way to assist me, even providing a pressure washer to wash my truck before leaving.
