We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and modern, with comfortable furniture in the room. The bed and bedding were also very comfortable. We were impressed by the pool area, which was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of towels available. The front desk answered all of our questions and even allowed us to rent the breakfast area for a birthday party. The cleaning staff were quick and efficient, ensuring our room was always tidy.

The king suite at Hampton Inn was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a cozy couch. The premium small refrigerator and separate freezer were convenient. The lobby and downstairs seating areas had a nice ambiance. The exercise room was modern and adequate. Kamloops, with its hilly landscape, exceeded our expectations.
