The facilities at the hotel were a pleasant surprise. The pool and workout room were clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the convenience of the breakfast setup and the constant availability of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the front lobby. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kingston and had a fantastic experience. the location was great as it was in a quiet area, yet still close enough to downtown to easily explore the city. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Finally, the rooms were well-equipped, with a huge flatscreen TV and everything was always clean, with fresh towels provided. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the breakfast! It was included in the price and offered a good variety of options to start the day off right.
