During our recent stay at the Hampton Inn, we experienced exceptional service and care that truly exceeded our expectations. Feeling stressed and worried, we called the hotel and were greeted by friendly and accommodating staff members, including Nibu, the general manager, Julie at the front desk.

They called around different hotels and secured a reservation for us at the Hilton, honoring our previous rate. We are grateful for Nibu and his team's efforts to ensure our comfort and safety during our stay.

The bedroom and sitting room areas at Hampton Inn were very nice, and having a kitchenette in the room was very convenient. The front desk staff were down to earth and accommodating. The included breakfast made our stay much easier.

Provided soup and sandwiches due to bad weather. Spotless room, perfect bed. Offered dinner options and coupons, impressive continental breakfast. Enjoyed indoor pool with waterslide, apologies for broken hot tub. Close to restaurants, short drive to downtown.

The view of the city lights during Christmas was beautiful. The hotel facilities, especially the pool, were enjoyable for both adults and teens. The hotel is conveniently located near the shopping areas of this city. The breakfast included was a great convenience.

The only downside to my stay was that the noise level in the hotel was quite high. I had to switch rooms due to noise disturbances from the floor above, and then encountered noisy guests in the room below.

The hotel was conveniently located on a hill behind the shopping center, making it easy to access all the shops and restaurants nearby. The room had a great view of the surrounding area, and the bathroom had a clean tub surround. The service was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast offered real fried eggs, a pleasant surprise.

There were some noisy and inconsiderate guests during my stay.

We recently stayed at a Hampton Inn in Saint-Johns and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, quiet, and the staff was fantastic. The pool, complete with a waterslide and hot tub, was a hit with our kids. The convenient location near Walmart and restaurants was also a plus. We especially appreciated the understanding and flexibility of the hotel staff when our plans were delayed. We will definitely be staying at this Hampton Inn again when we visit Saint-Johns.

the hotel exceeded my expectations during this stay in saint john. the lovely pool with water slide and the beautiful view of saint john from the hotel were delightful. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing a special card for my dogs. overall, a great experience.

Limited dining options after 10pm.

noisy rooms

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The duvets were absolutely amazing, providing the perfect level of coziness. The room temperature was also comfortable, and the view of the city lights during Christmas was stunning. My family especially enjoyed the pool, although the slide was a bit too fast for our young children. However, it provided plenty of thrills for adults and teenagers. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-managed. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff running the kitchen were very friendly.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with attentive staff members providing great service. The breakfast options are satisfying, allowing guests to start their day off right.

The hotel lacks some of the facilities that other hotels may offer.
