As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the delicious breakfast with oatmeal and all the toppings, as well as the amazing bacon and real scrambled eggs. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, and the hot tub/whirlpool was huge! The multiple exit doors made it convenient to access the parking lot, and the excellent location had lots of restaurants within walking distance. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the beds were super comfy with lovely bedding. we had a fantastic experience.

As foreign tourists, we absolutely loved the early check-in and late check-out that the hotel staff kindly allowed us. The room itself was wonderful with comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. The hotel facilities were clean and the pool was more than sufficient for our needs. The breakfast provided was well-supplied and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. The room decor had a modern and fresh feel, and we were pleasantly surprised that our children had a lot of fun during our stay, even though it was a business trip. The city view from our room was nice and spacious, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The staff, particularly Adora and the young lady who checked us in, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The young Asian gentleman even provided us with a map of recommended places to visit in Edmonton. We were truly grateful for their helpfulness and friendliness.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a big swimming pool and jet tub that we enjoyed. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby shops, eateries, and a movie theater. The staff was the highlight - they were super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with tasty waffles, eggs, and sausages.

They promptly provided an extra blanket for my child and allowed me to extend my checkout time when I overslept. The hotel facilities were clean and in good condition, with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Additionally, there was ample parking available at the hotel and it was conveniently located close to many stores and a movie theatre.

As someone with physical handicaps, I was pleased to find that the Hampton Inn & Suites provided excellent accessibility features. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, from calling after check-in to make sure everything was satisfactory, to promptly delivering an extra blanket for my child. The location was ideal for families with children, with an amazing pool and a gym that was perfect for my athletic daughter. The spacious room allowed me to do my morning exercise without leaving the room. the staff was friendly, helpful, and left a lasting impression.

The staff at Hampton Inn were exceptional, especially Melissa and the young lady at guest services. They were always cheerful and helpful, even with a staffing shortage. The facilities were new and modern, and the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a good selection of items, including a delicious cheese omelet with turkey bacon and tater tots. The front desk clerk, Andrea, was friendly and upgraded us to a larger room. I had a great stay and highly recommend this hotel.

They even called to check in on us and extended our checkout time when we overslept. The breakfast options were excellent, with a wide variety of food to choose from. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Edmonton.

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and satisfied. From the moment I checked in, they made sure everything was perfect for me. The Filipino gentleman who checked me in even called my room to check if everything was satisfactory, which was incredibly thoughtful. The staff's attention to detail and willingness to help truly stood out. The location of the hotel was also great since it was close to many shops and eateries, making it convenient for me to enjoy some shopping and dining during my stay.

Consistently excellent staff, great breakfast, spacious suites, separate toilet and shower, kids loved the pool, comfortable beds and linens.

The staff were consistently excellent and accommodating, allowing us an early check-in and late check-out. The spacious suites were perfect for our family with 2 small kids. The separate toilet and shower from the sinks was a convenient feature.
