During my recent stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. They were welcoming, helpful, and very polite. the front desk staff and restaurant staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, even though I didn't note down their names. the pool area was nice, and the service was top-notch; the staff handled a large volume of guests extremely well.

One improvement that could be made is ensuring more clarity using the hot tub. On one occasion, I encountered an elderly couple struggling to turn on the jets, highlighting the need for clearer signage.

The team found my lost item on my first visit, unforgettable! Always returning for a great holiday. Free Wi-Fi, fitness centre, indoor pool, jacuzzi, great food at the restaurant & bar. Elevator, golf, skiing nearby. A perfect fit with no smoking on the property.

We hit up HOTEL TRIPLETS ENTERTAINMENT and it was dope! Had the best pool party ever with cool music and a disco ball. Plus, the free brekkie was fuego!

Just wished they had a happening nightclub or bar for late-night vibes. Being teenagers, we were looking for more party options to keep the fun going all night long!

While the hotel had some drawbacks, such as understaffing and issues with room setup, the bar's food was excellent, and breakfast exceeded expectations. The staff, especially the new employee, were fantastic and helpful. There were minor inconveniences with housekeeping but the comfortable bed and friendly breakfast server made up for it.

Convenient location for exploring Waterton & Crowsnest Pass. Made-to-order breakfast was a delightful change from standard continental options.

we had a fantastic breakfast at heritage inn hotel & convention centre. the pool was a blast, with alexa playing music and a disco ball. the warm and clean pool, along with the perfect hot tub, added to our delight. despite being short-staffed, the team was very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. we have no complaints and look forward to returning!

My room was set up for two guests, but I booked for three. the staff quickly provided extra essentials like towels and glasses. the hot breakfast was exceptional, exceeding all expectations. I hope they address the bathroom sink issue. I recommend this hotel.
