Good Location and Cleanliness, but Needs Better Communication

the lack of communication from the staff was a major inconvenience as no one was available to provide keys upon my arrival, leading to me seeking alternative accommodation. Improving their communication and responsiveness would greatly enhance the guest experience at this hostel.

the friendly staff once helped with my heavy bags. It suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, parking, shared kitchen, and TV room. Great for hiking, skiing, and coming back for xmas! .

The private room was super cozy and quiet, perfect for winding down after a long day. the double bed with the single bunk above gave it a unique vibe, and having three more bunks was great for group trips. the garden view just added to the overall charm!

No one was at the office when arriving, which was a bit frustrating.
