The cleanliness of the carpets and the general ambiance of the hotel were great. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities, including the pool and hot tub, as well as the well-appointed lobby area. The location, next to a highway, was convenient for us as we were traveling on highways and wanted to save time avoiding entering bigger towns or cities. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

During our stay at Hilton Garden, we encountered a minor issue with the AC in our room. However, the front desk staff was quick to address the problem. They sent a technician to assess the situation, and when the issue persisted, they promptly moved us to a different room with a working AC. Their responsiveness and efficiency in resolving the problem were greatly appreciated.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few things that could be improved upon. the pool area had a strong chlorine smell and the water seemed outdated, which made it difficult to fully enjoy.
