The cleanliness of the carpets and the general ambiance of the hotel were great. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities, including the pool and hot tub, as well as the well-appointed lobby area. The location, next to a highway, was convenient for us as we were traveling on highways and wanted to save time avoiding entering bigger towns or cities. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

They sent a technician to assess the situation, and when the issue persisted, they promptly moved us to a different room with a working AC. Their responsiveness and efficiency in resolving the problem were greatly appreciated.
