I had a fantastic stay here on the top of a hill. From this place, I had a great view of the city and the mountains beyond. I could easily access several good restaurants around this place. The staff on both the reception and concierge desk helped me find my reservation instantly. The room amenities such as the coffee maker, min-bar, seating area and a patio made the stay even more comfortable. The rooftop pool was heated, so I could still swim despite the chilly weather. This venue also has a fitness center, a sauna, and massage services which I enjoyed.

All in all, I recommend this hotel to all.

We had a fantastic 6-night stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, just across from the Parliament buildings and with a fantastic view of the city from our room. The staff were gracious, helpful, and made our stay even better. The restaurant downstairs was okay, but there were plenty of great dining options within a 10-minute walk. Room service was impressive, with everything we needed taken care of.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, situated directly across from the Parliament Building. The room was clean and comfortable, with amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I also appreciated the dining options available, with a restaurant, poolside snack bar, and bar/lounge area. The room had an amazing city and mountain view, with a lovely outdoor pool offering plenty of sun beds. The pool staff were friendly and the lounge and lobby were great. The spacious room size was perfect. The location and river view were also fantastic. The hotel was clean, with beautiful beds and soft linen. The staff, especially Alexa, were exceptional and always willing to help.

Great location right across from the convention center and close to everything in Old Quebec City. Easy to explore the city on foot. Wonderful views from the high floors of the city, especially at night. The city lights were mesmerizing. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a good range of options. The smell of freshly toasted bread was heavenly.

Some staff at the front desk had difficulty understanding English, which led to some miscommunication. The rooms were not soundproof, and we could hear noise from the streets, particularly when there were loud/drunk people outside.

During our stay, we were delighted by the convenient location of the hotel. It was just outside the old city walls and within walking distance of both the charming Vieux-Quebec and the lively restaurant and bar scene on Saint-Jean and Grande Allée streets. The outside pool area was a great spot to relax and enjoy a refreshing drink, and we were thrilled to discover that the hotel was also close to Montmorency Falls, providing us with a breathtaking natural attraction to explore.

We did notice that some aspects of the hotel were a bit dated and in need of updating.

The room had a nice design and the TV was great too. We were impressed by the overall cleanliness of the room and the hotel. We loved the modern rooms and the stunning city view from our 20th-floor room. The outside pool area with a bar was a great addition, and the convenience of a nearby parking garage made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

It felt like our own home, with the staff always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble during our time at the hotel.
