The bed was comfortable and clean. the hotel's location was great, being close to Nathan Philips Square. the lobby and hallways were very clean and well-maintained.

The room we stayed in looked tired and worn out. the furniture, including the couch and chair, were old and uncomfortable.

This friendly hotel is conveniently located near a subway station and close to all necessary attractions. You will have easy access to just about everything Toronto offers by walking.

Sadly, the hotel drinks were overpriced.

This place is a great hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay while exploring the bustling city. It's located within the financial district, but don't worry it's still within walking distance of everything. One thing that really stood out to me was the excellent service. The staff was extremely kind and always willing to help meet my request. The room was clean and cozy with plenty of amenities including ironing facilities, a tea and coffee maker, and free toiletries.

I would recommend this hotel to all travelers looking for a great stay here.

We loved how easy it was to make a reservation online and how the hotel really cared about fulfilling our needs. The check-in process was simple and the parking was inexpensive and easy to find. Not only were the rooms clean, but the hallways and lobby were also well-maintained. The hotel's location in downtown Toronto was perfect, as it was close to amazing restaurants like Momofuku and attractions like Kensington Market and St. Lawrence Market. Plus, it was conveniently located near the US Consulate.

Het interieur van dit appartement is prachtig en getuigt van veel smaak. Alles wat ik nodig had, was aanwezig en de parkeergelegenheid voor de deur was erg handig. Het uitzicht vanuit het appartement was werkelijk adembenemend. De ligging was perfect en dankzij de aanwezigheid van een lift was het gemakkelijk te bereiken. Ik kan dit appartement absoluut aanraden voor een verblijf met twee personen.

I had an amazing stay at the Hilton in Toronto. The executive lounge on the 32nd floor had breathtaking views and the gym was well-equipped. The indoor pool was a unique experience, especially swimming out in -10 degrees weather. The location was great, and I discovered the fun and unique underground tunnel system called The Path. The front desk staff, Isabelle and Helena, treated me exceptionally well as a Lifetime Diamond member. Special mention to Irene from Housekeeping for her outstanding service.

As friends who enjoy going out at night, we loved the convenient location of the hotel. There were plenty of good restaurants, shopping malls, and attractions within walking distance. The Starbucks on the ground floor made it easy for us to grab a quick breakfast before starting our day.

The staff at the front desk made us feel extremely welcome and were always willing to help. They took care of our check-in and check-out efficiently, and even asked about our preferences for bed type and room location.

For the price we paid, we definitely got our money's worth. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect, with all the major tourist attractions and restaurants just a short distance away. The staff at the front desk were absolutely lovely and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

One small suggestion to make the breakfast even better would be to offer more options for vegans and vegetarians.
