The check-in process was a bit slow, but they allowed us to check in early, which was a nice bonus. the room itself was a decent size with two beds and a cozy sitting chair in the corner. the little bar area in the room was a convenient feature as well. Another great advantage was the pool and hot tub area, which had comfortable wicker cushioned seating. Plus, the hotel's Christmas decorations added a festive touch.

While the room was generally clean, it had a slight odor of greasy take-out food when we arrived. However, a quick spray of febreeze solved the issue.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the airport and nearby attractions. the availability of ice water at the hotel entrance was a refreshing touch, especially after a long day of exploring.

The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. We had multiple issues with hair in the shower and dirty rags left behind.

The shuttle bus service to and from the airport was a huge advantage. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Despite some minor cleanliness issues in the public areas, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Holiday Inn Calgary Airport was a great value for the money. The room was comfortable and clean, with a cozy bed and a spotless bathroom. The hotel's location was perfect, close to major roads and the airport. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even going above and beyond by arranging a shuttle that dropped us downtown.

The only thing that could've made the breakfast better would be more vegan options.

The value for money was unbeatable, with affordable prices and attention to detail throughout. The location in a central area made it easily accessible to various attractions, and the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were cozy and equipped with all necessary amenities, including two very comfortable queen beds. The added bonus of breakfast included in the rate made my stay even better!

No negative aspects!

The hotel's location close to shopping areas was perfect for us to get around and explore. It was also conveniently located near the airport, making our travel arrangements a breeze. The business centre provided us with the necessary facilities to stay connected and productive during our stay. We also enjoyed the unique feature of the hotel being in a small area that resembled a greenhouse, providing a "hot" workout experience.

One downside we experienced was a bit of a noise issue with the AC in our room.

We stayed at a hotel for the New Year and had a great time. Complementary breakfast buffet was decent. It was very easy to access the city center and nearby attractions, including the zoo. the hotel staff were very hospitable, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We also made use of the hotel's pool and fitness center, which were both clean and well-maintained.

The bathroom had a foul smell of mildew, and our toilet wasn't working properly, which interrupted our sleep. Children running around in the halls could be heard all night, which was annoying.
