The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was convenient and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. I also loved the hot tub and the stylish decor throughout the hotel. it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

Spacious, comfortable King suite with a desk, fridge, and microwave. Convenient location for exploring the island, just 10 minutes from downtown. Friendly and welcoming reception staff. Beautifully renovated rooms with fresh and bright decor, no carpets. Lovely lounge area and well-set up breakfast area.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express for a quick business trip. The staff was exceptional, both at the front desk and during breakfast. The 24-hour coffee/tea station was a nice touch and the pool and fitness room were basic but well maintained. I was very pleased with the friendly and accommodating staff and the clean room with comfortable beds. I will definitely book with Holiday Inn Express again on my next trip.

We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful front desk staff at Holiday Inn Express. They went above and beyond to recommend local eateries and even helped us find Canada-friendly PC accessories. The automatic pancake maker in the breakfast room was a hit, and we indulged in more pancakes than we needed. Plus, the heated indoor pool was a perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring.

We recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Charlottetown. the breakfast provided by Holiday Inn Express was exceptional, with attentive staff continuously refilling items. the front desk staff was also very helpful and attentive. One of the maids even went above and beyond to escort my wife to the ice machine, ensuring she wouldn't get lost. All the staff members were friendly and went out of their way to assist us. It was a pleasant and enjoyable experience overall.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is just outside the city center and close to shops and restaurants. We had easy access to malls and even Papa John's for a quick bite. The rooms were recently renovated and had a luxurious feel to them, with bright and fresh decor. We loved the new floors and the absence of carpet. The beds were comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. The bathroom had modern fixtures and the lights were a nice touch. The room also came equipped with a fridge and a microwave, adding to the convenience.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the hotel. One guest mentioned that the room wasn't cleaned properly and the towels weren't restocked.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is close enough to drive to many PEI attractions. Additionally, it is in a great area, just outside of the downtown area. The breakfast situation needs some work. The long line and lack of air conditioning in the breakfast room and main lobby make it uncomfortable to enjoy the meal.

This hotel was in a great area and within a reasonable distance from the downtown core. We found it to be good value for money with basic amenities, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room with 2 double beds on the lower level worked out perfectly; it had 2 TVs and the breakfast included was really nice.

The hotel staff should have taken tougher action to manage noisy guests.

The hotel's location was perfect, and the room was very comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, and the service from the kitchen staff was outstanding. The hotel was also modern and clean, and we appreciated the laundry facilities on site. it was a great experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express in Charlottetown. As an IHG member, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a king room with a Jacuzzi tub. The room was spacious and had a beautiful wood floor throughout, which I preferred over carpet. The amenities in the room, including the mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine, were a nice touch. I especially appreciated the abundance of outlets for charging my devices. The bathroom had LED lights around the mirror, although a light over the shower/tub would have been a nice addition. The breakfast offered a great variety of options. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Holiday Inn Express.

my recent stay in charlottetown was incredible thanks to holiday inn express. the well-maintained property, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff exceeded my expectations. i had the best night's sleep in the magnificent bed and the breakfast was excellent. the location and quick check-in were also excellent.

great stay in charlottetown, holiday inn express was a pleasant surprise! spacious king suite with comfy bed, desk, fridge. 10 mins from downtown but still quiet. helpful reception staff. perfect base for exploring the island.

Gym not accessible 24/7

Clean rooms and friendly staff make for a pleasant stay. Breakfast selection is great with bagels, muffins, yogurt, and cereal. Two good things: the warm welcome upon arrival and the accommodating staff who made sure I had breakfast before my early flight. the location is perfect and having a lounge to wait for taxis is a nice touch.

Noise can be a problem with the constant opening and closing of doors, especially if you're placed near children. Sleeping can be difficult with light shining around doors and windows at night and construction noise in the morning.
